While it may be intimidating to see all the different sizes and numbers, it’s pretty easy to find what works best for you. If you have a belt that fits you well that is measured in S, M, L, ect, or in regular US sizes, simply find that size on the chart and see its corresponding centimeter or EU size; this should be the right one for you.
Another way to get a more accurate reading is to simply measure your waist where the belt would lay. Grab a loose tape measure and wrap it around your waist, or even throw on a pair of pants and wrap the tape through your belt loops. However many inches your waist is, add 2 inches to that number and you’re set! So, if your waist is 32”, your correct size would be a 34” or 90cm belt.
